Call our program hotline at 34 or visit our Hire page. “Made in NY” Post Production Program trainees are eager to work in post production, and often have previous experience in the production, entertainment, or arts industries.Įach cycle, we meet and screen hundreds of applicants for only 15 training slots, so please read our Apply page to make sure you meet the eligibility guidelines before attending an Information Session. However, trainees must be able to cover their personal expenses during the training and job search.

In addition to learning post production concepts, job readiness, and the skills necessary to succeed as a freelancer in NYC, our trainees will learn the basics of industry-standard post production software, including:Īll BWI training programs are offered free of charge. Training for the “Made in NY” Post Production Training Program takes place remotely, via Zoom. This free course is a six-week, full-time training program running Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM.

Our program is delivered in partnership with the New York City Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment and NYC Small Business Services.

After completion of the program, we provide career guidance and placement support to trainees for two years as they establish their careers. Our program provides a combination of soft skills and technical training in industry-standard software.
